  • Offseason: Mondays only

• Trash Location: Green bin near street/no parking sign 🚮

• Set Out: Bag, tie, and place bin facing the street – do NOT stack bins back to back, machine must be able to grab them!

• Max Cars: 5 cars total

• Park in: Back yard area only

• Reserved Spot: Far right (west) spot is for owner/maintenance

• 🚫 No idling – neighbor complaints about fumes

🛁 Hot Tub Rules (if applicable)

• 🚫 No glass or food

• 👶 Kids must be supervised

• ❌ No alcohol/drugs use in tub

• 🚿 Shower before entering

• 🔒 Keep cover clipped when not in use

• ❄️ Don't adjust temp or add chemicals

• 👥 Max: 5 people

• 🧼 Keep floater in place

🔇 Quiet Hours & Roof

• Quiet time starts after 9 PM 🌙

• 🚫 No roof access, no loud music – families live nearby

• Fines & eviction possible for violations

🚭 Smoking

• No smoking inside

• 🚯 No cigarette butts on ground

🚪 Back Lower-Level Access

• Double glass doors = Owner’s private use/cleaner’s storage area

🔥 Grilling

• Charcoal grill available – use 5+ ft from house/deck

• Get charcoal at ACE or Food Lion 🛒

⚠️ Other Notes

• Use caution with downstairs queen sliding bathroom door 🚪

• Close doors/windows with AC on – salty air causes rust 🌊

• Don’t overfill fridge – it won’t cool properly if vents blocked 🧊

🐜 Pest Control

• Routine spraying on quarterly plus plan and monthly in season 🌿

• Still at the beach in such a lush water/dunes-y environment in a older home, so bugs may appear (especially water bugs, pest control experts say they walk in through open doors, luggage, amazon boxes)

• Call Rid-a-Pest: 252-243-3532 for free spot spray

🧺 Laundry

• Washer/Dryer stack downstairs

• 🧼 Several detergent pods provided

🚪 Departure

• Checkout: 10 AM ⏰

• 🛁 Pile towels by laundry room (don’t remove bed linens)

• 🪑 Return furniture to original spots

• 🐶 Clean up after pets

• 🍽️ Run dishwasher with any used dishes

• 🗑️ Trash in bin each one facing the street (not behind each other)
