Instructions:

• Bag and seal all trash

• Place in green bin behind the house

• Move bin to street (facing forward and not stacked behind each other) on Sunday/Wednesday night or before checkout

🌊 Hot Tub & Pool (Oceanfront Only)

• Service Day: Wednesdays between 11 AM–1 PM for 4+ night stays

Rules:

• No food or glass

• No use under influence

• Shower before use

• No soaps or chemicals

• Do not adjust temperature

• Max: 5 in hot tub, 8 in pool

• Clip covers when not in use; sunlight helps sanitation if you could leave open a few hours during sunny days

🍳 Kitchen & Cooking

• Fully stocked with cookware, silverware, utensils

• Coffee options: Keurig + drip machine

• Please wash and return items to proper places

• Provided in bedrooms and bathrooms

• Checkout: Place used towels near the laundry room

🚫 Do not take beach cart with rubber tires through dunes (may puncture)

🚽 Septic Advisory

• Only use provided septic-safe toilet paper

• Do not flush wipes or hygiene products

🛠️ House Notes

• Avoid water dripping between floors on 3rd floor oceanfront bathroom—dry off before exiting showers

• Keep doors closed to protect A/C and prevent rust

• Avoid blocking fridge vents or overloading

• 1st floor is a separate from the 2nd and 3rd levels (Oceanfront)

🚫 House Rules

• Roof Access: Prohibited (fine + eviction)

• Quiet Hours: After 9 PM

• Smoking: Not allowed indoors; discard butts properly

• Grilling: Keep 5 ft from structures

• Fire Pit: Use with caution (monitor closely as wind+dry+dunes=big fire)

• Routine spraying quarterly + monthly (in-season)

• Water bugs may appear due to humidity/nature proximity
